Ocean Web Design is an Auckland-based web design studio serving New Zealand businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
When you contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, and optionally your business name and phone number, plus your message. Our website also uses Google Analytics, which collects anonymised usage data (pages visited, device type, general location) to help us improve the site.
How we use it
We use your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry and deliver our services. We never sell your information or use it for third-party marketing.
Who processes it
Your enquiry is delivered to us via Resend (email service). If you become a client, payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare.
Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Send any request through our contact form and we'll action it promptly.
