Effective July 2026
Our service
Ocean Web Design designs, builds and maintains websites for New Zealand businesses. Projects are delivered under a fixed-price proposal agreed before work begins, typically launching within 3–4 weeks.
Pricing & billing
Our plan is a NZ$40 one-time setup fee; your first month is free, and billing of NZ$10/month starts from your second month. The monthly fee covers hosting, your domain name, maintenance, and reasonable small content updates (text, images, and minor changes). Larger changes or new features are quoted separately before any work starts. All prices are in New Zealand dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Refunds
The setup fee is fully refundable any time before project kick-off. Once work has begun, it is non-refundable.
Cancellation
You can cancel your monthly plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
Ownership
Your website, domain and content belong to you. If you cancel, we'll provide your site files and help transfer your domain within 30 days at no extra cost.
Our commitment
We respond to enquiries and update requests within 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday NZT.
General
These terms are governed by New Zealand law. We may update them from time to time; the latest version always applies and will be posted on this page.
